Closely allied with our tenant and corporate representation, we are also active in marketing ourselves on an initial ‘once-off’ basis to the corporate landlord/lessor and potential lessee market, on the basis that we turn the initial relationship into repeat business, not only in leasing and sales, but in the diverse fields of property advisory and consultancy, into the future. We have a burgeoning business in commercial property management, which we intend growing in a strategic manner, targeting selected clients with sound individual commercial properties, or small portfolios. Our emphasis, as well as the efficient day to day management of the asset and tenants, is on maximising the return on investment, with emphasis on income enhancement and recovery, tenant retention, focused leasing strategy, preventative maintenance and efficient expenditure control.
